Our Tropical Protein Smoothie is perfect for the extra energy you need in the afternoon and helps you keep the snacks healthy. All the ingredients packed in this delicious drink will provide your body with nutrition essentials to build healthy cells.

Dr. Murad’s Tropical Protein Smoothie recipe:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop soy protein isolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed or pumpkin seeds
  • crushed ice

Combine all ingredient in a blender until smooth.
